At the risk of seeming stupid...

I have overwritten both my sRGB and Adobe ICC color space profiles (don't ask, my monitor is very very ill it is at full contrast and still hurting). Can anyone guide me to where I can either manually reset these settings or download a new one. I did a google and got a lot of software leads but I simply need to overwrite the ones I messed up with the correct ones. I know I can re-install Photoshop but I am hoping to aviod that. Thanks for any thoughts.

If your'e on a Mac... grab the file attached. They go in [hard drive]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Color?reccomended

Thanks Scott, nope, sadly on a PC but they still should work they are just ICC profiles. Thanks.
