Web 2.0 Logo Design/Edit

Hi, I am looking for someone to do a final creation/edit on a web 2.0 logo for an upcoming site. The logo is practically created, all that remains is to create the logo in Photoshop, ensure the green box (you'll see it when you look at the logo draft) is perfectly square, and to add a 'glass' effect to the green box. Also, I would like two versions of the logo; one with a reflection at the bottom, one without.

Also, I would like a standalone version of the logo which is just the green "u" box, but with a simple reflection added to it.

The font, colours and everything else will be supplied to someone willing to do the job. I have no idea about a proce for the job either so if you would like to PM me if you are capable of completing the job with your price, I'll get back to you.
