View Full Version : Photoshop Bible and Bible Professional

Does anyone know anything about these two books.

the first is 1000 pages long the second 600.

Do they complement each other, replace one another and if you're already quite knowledgeable should you skip the BIBLE and go straight to the professional version?

I had'nt heard of the second book you mentioned, however I do own the Photoshop 6 Bible, it is a fairly comprehensive list of Photoshops functions and uses - however as you asert, if you are already proficient you may find yourself going over too much old ground.

Hye, i have the Pro edition here and almost the entire book is different form the ps7 bible. It is designed to be a complement, more advanced. If you know ps7 well i'd say just go for the pro edition, i have the ps6 bible here and the 7pro and i'm fine, i've been using ps since 4... so that may have helped...

the 7 pro is a beautiful book too... full colour.. awesome buy...

the author talks about the differences/who should buy which in the intro.. if i can find my copy(!?!) i'll post what he said.... but its vanished....

this Bible pro maybe the book im after, ive been looking for something to read after and more technical than PS6 Bible, glad i read this thread, thanks guys.

well i managed to find my copy of the pro Bible.

Yes Pierre the great Greg Vander Houwen was featured in the bible.
