PSD 7 don't run ?!

Hello all AUF,
When I start PSD 7, I've recieved this message:"Could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalization information".
I don't understand this message and program don't run, then!
Would AUF tell me what can I doing?

What is your Operating System? If you are on a PC, it sounds like something is missing from the Registry. I would try reinstalling the program. If that doesn't work, uninstall it and then reinstall it.
