Unless you can find a way to AppleScript it (which is possible)(and your on a Mac!) there doesn't seem to be any way to put seperate file names in every file.
Best I could come up with was to script it to put in a word (titles?) using action in the file info meta data. But unfortunately it was only the word I recorded with the action.
Maybe an action to do everything and stop and wait for you to type file name before it continues saving? That still sorta sucks though...

If you are talking about putting the name of the image into the image itself as part of the image, AND if you're doing this for the web, you can use PHP or .NET to accomlish this. PHP requires some extra software installed on the server, which is free but not all hosts have it by default.

In the Adobe Studio Share (http://share.studio.adobe.com/) section for Photoshop Scripts, there are at least 3 scripts which will do this. They're in JavaScript, and should work on both Mac and Windows.
Look for:
Gerald Singelmann's FilenameAsTextlayer
Brian Price's Add Filename Plus
Gary Roulet's Add Filename Plus & Date
I tested FilenameAsTexlayer in v7 for MacOS 9, and it worked fine there. The others I haven't tried.
You could record an Action invoking the script, and run that as a batch, or make a droplet from the Action.
