Hi there.
I wonder if some kind person, more intelligent than myself, may be able to help please.
Is there a way of applying a Picture Package action to a folder of say 200 images and saving the resulting images with the file names of the original images as opposed to 'Picture Package'? I am a School Photographer and am keen to improve the efficiency of my workflow. I use CS.
Thanks, Nick

Just an idea:

1. Make a copy of your original folder of photos for every size you want in your package and re-name the folder to that size. (ie: Keep your folder "original" and make copy "8 x 10", 4" x 6", etc.)

2. Make an action that re-sizes your original size to your target size. You'll have to make a separate action for each size/folder.

3. Batch them, one folder at a time... make sure to set it on "Save and Close"

The only real risk here is that the photos in each folder will have the same names as the photos in the other folders. I would batch rename these images to include the size at the end of the name.

Hi there.
Any file subjected to a Picture Package action results in a file called 'Picture Package' The sizes I use are 2,4,6 etc.. on one image.

I'm not talking about a Picture Package Action, I'm talking about a regular Action.
