I have the basic concept of how imageready works and all that, here is my dilemma.
I am creating a custom MP3 player type of gif file. I have it all created in photoshop, i moved it over to imageready and added a constant moving animated graphic equalizer, spinning disk type image, and a scrolling text of the name of the band/song. Now here's the real problem
I create a new layer slice on my play button that is on it's own layer and customize the over layer and down layer to my likings. I then tell it to open a certain url when on the down state, here is where the problem lies. I can preview it and it seems to be working fine, the rollover works perfect, all of my animations move, but the second I click the play button and go into the down state, ALL my other animations in my main image stop work just so the play button can open up the url.
Is there anyway I can click the play button whenever I want during the animation and have the other stuff keep moving, or to even make it easier, I wouldn't even mind it if all the animations even restarted to the original state after i click the play button.
Any questions, please email or post here.
Thanks,
Waldman
